The Patriotic WebSets, buttons and banners that you buy here may not be redistributed, uploaded to any server for download, included in libraries, catalogs, or any other kind of website distribution for profit or nonprofit.  The copyrights belong to Roswell New Media and TheUnitedWebsitesOfAmerica.US, exclusively.  You have the right to use the purchased products. You do not have the right to give, sell or include any part of any one of my designs in any collection, library, ebook or download for sale or for free. If you wish to sell my designs Contact me and I will set something up for you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the Digital nature of my products I can not and do not offer any refunds OR EXCHANGES. It is to easy to download, copy and then send back and say you don't like it and try and get a refund or exchange and a free product. I'm not saying that YOU personally would do such a thing but there are people out there that will and because of a few bad apples I can not offer refunds on any products you buy here. But then again..the designs are so beautiful and will make your site soooooo patriotic..why would you want a refund anyway? ;) Please Do not ask for refunds because I do not offer that option.

PRIVACY POLICY

I collect personal information on this site. What I collect is your Name and Email address. I do this to be able to provide you with your products, and to keep a line of communication open between us so you can have the most rewarding shopping experience possible. I collect your information in 1 way. 1. When you check out at PayPal I will be provided with your name, products ordered and your email address.

I DO NOT SPAM, I absolutely hate the stuff too so be sure that I will never send you junk mail and spam. I also will NOT sell, give or rent your email address to anyone. Unless they offer me a million bucks then I'll email you first and see if you want to split it! haha Just kidding ;)

I use Paypal.com to process all credit card transactions on this site. However. If you feel uncomfrotable about using your credit card or you just simple don't have one, but you would like to buy a design or service please contact me and I will give you the nessery information so you can send me a money order insted! Please note that any money order payments will add an additional NONREFUNDABLE fee of $25.00 to the purchase price of any service or product that is ordered, and your product or service will not be started or shipped/emailed/downloaded until the money order clears. Please allow up to 3 weeks for money order payments. Please no personal checks.
